• Advised & represented a company developing logistics park in Uttar Pradesh regarding landbank disputes management, rehabilitation, and resettlement.


• Advised and represented the Insolvency Resolution Professional before the NCLT and NCLAT for a company involved in the business of agro trading and distribution for rice mill.


• Advised and represented an Indian subsidiary of a fortune 500 foreign company involved in manufacturing, design and distribution of engines, filtrations, and power generation products involving interpretation MSMED Act and its discretionary to limitation towards the scope of the Contract.
