Overview

Bhanu Sanoriya has been practicing at the bar for over ten years particularly focusing on Criminal Defence and General Litigation and Commercial laws at various courts and tribunals and deals with trials of IPC and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, PC Act, PMLA, Companies Act, SFIO Prosecution, Customs Act, UAPA, NDPS, Official Secrets Act and trials arising out of special criminal legislations. In the initial years he worked with Mr Sudhir Naagar, AOR Supreme Court Of India.

He has been spearheading the Firm’s practice in criminal law and socio – economic offences securing favourable outcomes and widespread appreciation in the field of White Collar Crimes.

For the past 10 years in the legal profession, Mr Sanoriya has developed a niche towards providing practical assistance with his incisive knowledge, experience and understanding of criminal jurisprudence, investigation process, bail and custody and trial procedures to his clients and has represented numerous multinational and Indian clients in some of the biggest frauds reported in the history of corporate India before investigating agencies including Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Crime Branch, Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Special Investigation Team (SIT), Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (SFIO), Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Department of Revenue Intelligence (DRI)
